Any changes to prices or offers do not affect individual tans or tan parties that are already booked.
I can not be held responsible for any clothing that may become discoloured by the Tanning Solution.
TANNING PARTIES
Due to popular demand a £5 non-refundable deposit per person must be paid when booking a tanning party.
Due to high demand I require a 24 hour cancellation notice as a courtesy to myself & to my other clients.
Anyone can hold a Spray Tan Party but if the group is under 16 then I ask that at least one adult is present and consent from each parent is given. (The tanning party offer does not apply to under 16's).
I will attend mixed parties but will NOT spray a men only party for security purposes.
UNDER 18'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Under 16's must be supervised by at least one adult over the age of 18.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to me are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All prices advertised are subject to such changes
SUNSPRAYS ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order, and receiving a confirmation receipt from Paypal that the goods have been paid for, I will then ship your goods to you.
(A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from my home address)
RETURNS POLICY
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Sunsprayz, for a full refund
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods.
Refunds will only be provided if the products are returned unused and in perfect condition.
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, i recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact sunsprayz, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
